Y don't people want the Mexicans to come over here? They dont complain about other reaces comeing here (sneaking)! I dont get it. The government didn't even build land, the land was already here so how can they say who gets to come over here or not!?

i am not a mexican but i have been wondering the same. california and some other states used to be mexican land. US took over by forcing mexicans to give up. then what used to be their own land, mexicans can not come.
we support and encourage tibetans to become independent when in history Tibet has been ruled by China for a very long time. what would happen if other countries say California should go back to mexico?

I think steps need to be taken so only so many can come here but it shouldn't take a long time to get "legal Permission" to be here , start with the one that have jobs and are working in the slaughter houses and on the construction jobs.
I know some are paying taxes, directly with held from their pay, and I doubt that they will ever collect being a "undocumented worker"
Have a "permit" to work card, and all pay is deposited into and that they can use it for spending , like a debit card. This way money is traced and the cash deal is ended.
The ones I met don't want citizenship they just need money for their families.The U.S and Mexico could work together so Mexico can build a strong economy and then they will stay home .

It's not about Mexicans coming over here - it's anyone that does so illegally instead of doing it through the INS. All I want is for them to pay like the rest of us Americans. We pay for things via income taxes - they don't. But which is most likely to need government assistance? Yep - the ones not paying for it. Because they also don't get medical insurance, so they need someone to cover the bills. And look at that - I do in the way of higher taxes, which they still don't have to pay. So when they are here and pay for "the American Dream" like the rest of us Americans, then all will be fine on the immigration front for me.

Nobody built land anywhere. It's always been here. Why do Mexicans want to come here anyways. They wave their flags around and say how wonderful their country is. Why don't they stay there then. They come here and want us to cater to them. This is the United States you have to obey the laws, just like any other country you go to. You can't just climb over a fence and expect to have everything handed to you on a silver platter. Come here legally and we don't mind.

If you are coming here with papers; at least, i dont have a problem; if you are coming with five little children, with no papers, to slow down the schools, the jobs, and the society ; then that is where the problem lies.

illegally, they for a large part dont pay taxes, use goverment, especially welefare and medical services that WE the tax payer has to pay for. In other words they are not cost effective

oh no no they are very welcome to come here but do it the right way! thru immigrations! get in line like everyone eles! stop being a tax burden! contribute the right way! i am not against mexicans! cus my husband is and he came here the right way!!!!!!so can you! No free hand outs!
