i would prefer it to be free lol.

If you have windows media player you can use that you goto rip music.

iTunes is free and has a nice easy to use interface. Works on PC or Mac and you don't even need an ipod (works better if you have one though!) Get it here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

If your files are .wav format, you can use something called "right click mp3"
