NO! Look for natural shades, like brown. Then people will see your eyes not the liner.

I don't wear it but I think if you put it outside of your waterline and you have blue eyes it looks very pretty. Urban Decay makes a really nice one that I own.

Don't use a liner.. use a powder. Put it right above your eyelashes on the outter half of your eyes.. It will look HOT!

i used to wear it all the time
then it went out of fashion for a while, but i think its ok again to wear it
i love it with my blue eyes

I don't wear it personally.
I do like it because last week, I met this gorgeous girl and she had some on.
So I guess I'm kinda partial to it now.

I wear it at the mall only because they have it in Sephora and I always go in there and give myself crazy makeup!

i stick to the browns and blacks.. but my friend buts some blue under her eyeand it makes her eyes pop

it depends on ur complexion and ur hair color. if ur pale w/ red hair for example it might not look right. but if ur a little darker w/ a little bit darker hair u should try it.

well it depends wut color your eyes are but it looks good on basically everyone i have brown eyes and i where light blue eyeliner alot i am always gettin compliments on it i think u should just try it see what a few of your close buds think email me
