is there a place where Dolly world could open on world fairground property in the bay area Calif?

and could sutro baths be reopened somewhere else but a LasVegas redone landmark

Dolly world could certainly find a home in the Bay area
There are numerous large parcels of property available in the
American Canyon/Napa Valley area that would be perfect
Also, that area offers perfect weather for a theme park.
Sutro baths would not have the same lure if it were placed outside of San Francisco.
Knowing the Las Vegas landscape, I dont believe it would be a proper fit for the area.
