OUTGOING AS HELL!

It depends on how well I know the people I'm around. If I just met the person I'm usually shy, but if its somebody like my family or friends then I can be very outgoing (especially if I have had alot of coffee or sugar).

I think you mean an extrovert or introvert: most people fit into one of these...I'm an introvert because I need time to reflect. I just don't like the word shy because it's brought on by an inferiority complex.
