And if you are a kid or teen yourself, which would be worse for you? Parents who fight and are a mess, or living on the streets with one parent? If you're an adult, which would you choose?

it should not be like that in the first place - a woman should never - esp with children - but ever have to make the choice between being spat upon, injured emotionally or otherwise be dehumanised and have to make choices like this. men are scum basically i am very sorry to say when you are dealing with a piece of work like yours and for you to feel these are your life options means this guy ought to be strung out by his balls in the hot hot sun and have large mean men play with his butt-hair - on second thought - he would probably like that last part and the first part - you get my drift. unfortunately also this is very common dilemma across the nation - the world i don't know - but i do know men are basically disgusting insensitive selfish beasts and i really really did not used to think so but experience first hand with way more than one man showed me otherwise. wahhh. no fairy tale oooooh ... no prince to save me ... my life must now begin. the story is through ... no fairlytale oooooh. ( anita baker sings that song about fairytales with that amazing piano player ( a man i am sure )

Nothing is worse than staying in a bad relationship. You guys dont have to live on the streets either. There are plenty of shelters to help out.

I don't think a person needs to do either of those, not for women anyway, and even for men, I'm sure there are places for the children. All you need to do is look up shelters and advocacy groups in the phone book or Internet, and there are places that will give you food and shelter. At least for a time.

The worse is staying in a bad relationship...there are shelters and churches plus family you can stay with. But don't ever stay in a bad relationship.
