My parents keep on telling me that I'm going to grow taller because they grw senior year in high school but still, is there any other way to grow taller?

Well I haven't grown since I was 12 and I am 5"4. You just never know, you might take after another family member and grow taller than your parents, or you may be pretty much finished. Now there is no way to grow taller. Stand tall and love yourself, there are other things to worry about other than your height.

You might grow taller, you might not. The growth rate is different for everyone. Your body isn't totally matured until you are 25, so you have time. There is no way of saying that you will for sure be taller than your mom or day though.

Relax, you're 16 and 5'4" is perfectly normal for a girl.

It's not the size that matters, but how you use it!

But seriously, there's a technique out there for enlongating leg bones in order to make people taller. It involves breaking their legs and then putting them in special braces which slowly stretch the bones, milimeter by milimeter, until they heal. Then the process is repeated. I think it takes something like 4 years for the entire procedure to complete, so by the time you're 20, you'll be the tallest girl on campus!

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

Well, you never really know. The average age most people stop growing is about 16-18. But that doesn't mean you won't stop growing! Chances are, if your parents are that tall, you'll get to at LEAST 5'5" by the time you stop. Just give it time. Who knows?

The best thing you can do is just to accept yourself the way you are, and focus on your strengths and not worry so much about your height. You can make yourself taller by achieving great things!

you never know. I didn't stop growing until i was 24. I was 5'2" when i graduated from high school and now i'm 5'6". I'm the shortest one in my family. Eat right and drink lots of milk and water. Stay away from sodas, smoking and drinking. Keep the faith!
