In Washington State, and no not Seattle, about an hour south of there, the only thing is it's the capital, but still, they're tiny little things

You might want to do some online price comparisons. Since you are a Yahoo user, why not try:

http://realestate.yahoo.com/

You can also try Craigslist at:

http://www.craigslist.org/about/cities.html

Another option is to try this site run by e-bay:

http://www.rent.com/

Good luck with your search.

In Hahira GA, yes. Atlanta Ga, it better be a nice one. In NY, you still live in a dump. Your best bet is to call the services of an apartment locator. Not the guys online though, go to your local yellowpages. These guys will know the best deals in your area. My first apartment ended up being 100 sq feet bigger and $200 less because I used a service (AAA Apartment Locators - they may be nationwide).

It all depends on your location. Here in New York a small studio apt. goes for more than that. $700 for a one bedroom apt sounds great to me.

What city do you live in? I think that is too much for a one bedroom apartment. Where I live you can get a VERY nice 3 bedroom for that price! You can rent a house for that price here (Riverdale, Ga.)
