Almost impossible, and don't bother searching for a wireless network as suggested, you cannot attach without a very large network key, usually about 35 random characters, and I do mean random, you will never guess it.
Even then, all that will give you is access to the internet, not their pc or info.
Just ask them for it.

Yeah. Go knock on their door and tell them that you would like to send them an email. I'm sure they will be more than happy to give you their email address if you ask nicely.

if you know there first or last name yes definatly, also if u still cannot find in your basic search bar enter there name or phone number because this can take you to blogs or postings they may have made before.
once you find there e-mail address enter that into the serach bar too you can possible see what kind of sites they are posting on if there are active on the net.

If they are listed on an msn or yahoo profile, perhaps they may have stored it publically, with a picture profile and region - you can narrow it down.

I'm so slow on the computer that it would be a waste of time having it, would be easier to speak to them.

I don't think there is unless you try Friends Reunited (if you're in the UK) they might be on there and you can find it out that way.

Use the search on windows and put their name in and it will narrow it down for you. Because someone did it to me.
