This condition must have a name. I do not know the name, but I know for sure it is corrected by three methods.
Surgery.
Brasses.
Corrective shoes with internal piece under the hill to make up the difference.
Please do not let her suffer, sooner the batter, some children at school could be cruel to her. See a doctor at once

You should have thought of the name before she was born. It's not right to name someone because of their handicap. I suggest you ask a her mother.
