If you're still in school, get into your school's drama/play production department, learn the craft, and get into some plays. You don't just call someone and get turned into an actor; you work at it and work your way up. You'll meet the right people then (agents, people in the business, etc.), and they'll tell you who to call; if you're good, if you're serious, and if you're lucky, they'll come calling for you.
