It depends on the rules you play with. Some rules dont let you double jump at all.

Depends what you mean. Jump over one, then jump over another? Yes. Jump over two at once? No.

If you mean perform two consecutive jumps in one move, then yes. If you mean jump two squares at the same time, then no.
