It depends on the type of dent you have. If it's creased, then the Pops a dent won't do a good job of restoring it's normal appearance. If the dent is relatively smooth, the pops a dent does a reasonable job. It won't be 100%, but it does look significantly better.

People who do Paint less Dent Removal (PDR) do not use "pops a dent". You should not even bother, go to a pro, they typically only charge $50 - $80 per panel depending on how many and where the dents are, and it looks like a professional did it. Do not waste your money on this "as seen on t.v." product. If it was any good all the pros would use it instead of going behind the panel to pop the dent. So many of these dents don't just pop out, they have to be massaged out so that the metal conforms back to its original shape. So using a big suction cup with epoxy will not yield good results anyway.

okay. bigger the dent the easier it works. really teeny tiny dents will do some improvements but not alot. if you have a decent sized dent then it works okay, otherwise it'll make smaller dents look less noticeable.
