This is difficult to answer, us not knowing the guy. When i was in my early twenties I used to tell women what they wanted to hear even as far as to tell them i love them, to get in their pants. I regret doing those terrible things. I am now 38 with (2) daughters of my own, one is 14 and just had another one 6wks ago. You have to just use your best judgement or better yet ask friends to help you out, what they feel, what they hear? If a guy is pressuring you to have sex, he does not love you. If he tells you he loves you just to get in your pants, he does not love you. If a guy is not willing to wait until YOU are ready, he does not love you. If he says you don't really love me or else you would have sex with me, he doesn't love you. If he threatens or hints that other girls would love to go out with him, he doesn't love you. Don't fall for the "just oral sex thing then" either that will lead to sex. Bottom line if you don't feel like YOU know he loves you and YOU know it's time, then don't do it. One last note i wish i had waited for marriage, for the one, you should too. Your body IS a temple to be loved and worshipped by the man that you love and that loves you too. GOD bless!!

Don't give in to him when he wants HIS way !! If he has any sort of respect for you and really loves you, he will wait until you are ready and comfortable with his advances.
To just give your body to any tom, dick or harry is just a form of self abuse, and certainly not a good way of finding out if a guy really loves you.

Let me ask you a few of questions 1st, When he talks to you does he look around or at your eyes? when you go shopping does he hold your hand? when you go to the movies does he put his arm around you? Does he buy little things that surprise you? If he does then he is into you, but if he seems like he's out there in la la land then he just wants to get you to bed. Listen to what he says when you talk to him his answers will tell you that he wants to be with you.

I would not agree to do a few things his way and propose your way, see how he reacted. If he didn't even react like he heard you then he's obviously too selfish to want anything but his way. If he says no to your way ask him why if he has good points bring up good points for your way. That might start the negotiation in him to not only want his way everytime

Tell him, no ringi, no dingi! Self respect is an awesome thing. Sex before marriage is not. Save yourself for the right one. You will know. Don't be one of those girls who believes everything that guys tell them. The one's who are trying to get to third base usually are the liars. You were fearfully and wonderfully made! Don't let anyone take that away from you.

I agree with Jan, he'll wait till your ready... you have to show him though who you really are.... set strict standards and stick by them.... the harder it is for a man to get his way with a woman the more she interests him.
Don't give in.... if he goes he doesn't deserve and your wasting your time, remember you were created uniquely so you don't need someone to make you whole, you already are...

if this guy really truly loves you he won't force you to do any thing you don't want to at least until you're ready if he doesn't have the patient you two weren't meant for each other.
