I am thinking in terms of acting ability and comic timing, reactions, physicality, etc.

They all have talent but I've got to go with Megan Mullally(sp). She can sing, her timing is awesome and she created a character who was both acerbic and caring (in her own way).

I think they are all terrific, I think Grace's friend who is played by Megan has a lot of talent and so does the person who plays Jack

Karen is WONDERFUL!!!!!
she does not even talk like that. and her loving jack and their relationship is hilarious. I love that she indicates she is so together while soooo wasted.......and she has feelings too!!!
Just Jack does not give a d### that he is stereotypically the "gay friend"
He reminds me of Jerry Lewis. I thought was THE BEST person to play that role in a movie about Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis.

The guy who plays the other gay guy, not Will. He has a sense for slapstick and has great facial expressions. He also works wel alone or with the other actors.

I think Megan Mullally, it requires great talent to be cruel and cold in a way that people don't hate her, and find her funny.

I loved all of them...but Debra Messing has to be my favorite. She was so beautiful and glamarous but wasn't afraid to make a complete fool of herself and be gross. Love that show!
