This works for me:
1/ Drink a cup of black coffee first thing in the morning & go for a 30 min run, oh yeah, before you eat breakfast.
2/ Buy yourself an ab-swing machine, costs around $35. Do around 100 crunches straight after you get back from your run.
Do this every other day for 2 months & you will get your abs. I have been doing this for 4 weeks & I have a 6 pack now, woo hoo.

Sit ups usually work great and there is all sorts of different techniques you can try. Another is try to not eat really late at night, like past 7 or 8, you'll notice a difference really soon.

Eat veggies, protein, drink only water - eliminate sugar. Similar to the Atkins diet, but try healtheir food options. If you are currently working out, work out for 1 hour 5 days a week. if you are just starting to work out, work out 3 days a week.

I've found that using Denise Austin's Pilates for Every Body and her Mind, Body and Soul workout videos have helped me slim down. You may not see big results in 3 weeks, but it's better to take it slow and easy according to your individual health status.

just do some regular workout daily for about an hour a day or so
do some stuff like push ups sit ups etc. daily and get a routine going and slowly but surely you'll trim yourself

First eat things without fat, lower anything with sugar. after that, do sit ups(at least 30), then push ups(at least 20) each day. sit ups first, cuz after push-ups, it aches. put ur hands on ur shoulders while doing sit-ups. and put wieght on ur foot if u need it. hands must be parallel to shoulders while doing push ups.
