when my friends came over to my house my big mama chews loudly i feel like puttin my fingure in to her eye then thorugh her brain then out off her nose that what i feel :- ( tellin her STOP! BUT I CANT WHAT SHOULD I DO ????

If you are embarassed of her [which I can fully understand] and she is unwilling to work with you on it then just make sure that your friends are not around her when she is eating. Of course, this may mean that your friends might not ever come over but that is the trade-off. Good luck.
