Hi,

You need to add +61 in front of the australian mobile phone number, leaving out the first 0. For example, if the mobile is 0654323134, you will text your message to +61654323134. If you can't put the '+' in front of the number, you can also use '00', ie 0061654323134. Hope this helps.
