In the first instance you should speak to him and tell him that you find that his invasion of your privacy is not welcome. In the second place you might bring it to the attention of your parents.
On another subject - you should speak to your teacher about improving your spelling and grammar.

Just tell him this is my room. This is my territory would you like it if i just bust into your roo m while your doing something Private. No i didnt think so so stay out. And dont come back unless its an emergency or i invite you in got it. Thats what you say. My advice to yours. P.S-I know how you feel. You're not the only one.

Put a lock on your door, he's just trying to catch you naked.
Or you could just lay in bed naked, then when he walks in just flip off the covers and say did you want something?
He will get embarrassed and stop doing it.

tell him its not his room and he cant barge in. tell him to knock, if u dont answer then just to leave you alone. is he older than you? if he is bugging you, tell your parents, tell them hes bugging you. if that doesnt help then I dont know sowie.
