Rip your songs from CD to your media player. Set the options to convert wma format to mp3 before ripping. Make sure to remember what folder the files are going to be saved. Then you can upload it to your myspace.

Just download Itunes. Few people know that Itunes has a built in converter. Once you have itunes (which is free) go to the Edit menu and click on preferences. Go to the advanced tab and then select the importing tab. In the pull down menu for "import using" select ""mp3 encoder" Then click "ok"

Now go the file menu and select add file to library and browse for the wav files you need. Once they are added...rickt click on the wav file and pick convert selection to mp3.

Itunes is free and it's a reliable peace of software so you don't have to worry about spyware/adware/etc.

You can download various file converters on the internet. However they all seem to be trial versions for ones you have to buy. Google Wav to Mp3 converter (if it is a wav file, if not - whatever file it is) and you should come up with hundreds.

You may be able to find freeware, but you need a conversion tool. SoundForge has a conversion tool plug-in, but it may be a tad expensive for what you want to do. Do a google search for conversion app's. You can probably find one for around $25.
