Does anyone know who sang windmills of your mind fro the thomas crown affair? I know Dusty Springfield has sung the song but not the original soundtrack.

Grady Tate did the version 4 the movie The Thomas Crown Affair starring Pierce Brosnan{Remington Steele} & Rene Russo {Ransom with Mel Gibson}
A few other recorders of the song are as follows:
Petula Clark, Leslie Uggams, Percy Faith, James Last, Maureen McGovern, Noel Harrison & as you stated Dusty Springfield + many more, as it was a popular song in the 60's .

It was Noel Harrison, the son of Rex Harrison. He did the version on The Thomas Crown Affair, which Michel Legrand wrote and arranged the music for. Dusty Springfield's recording of it came out the same year and helped make the movie an even bigger success.

Noel harrison did the version everyone remembers from The Thomas Crown Affair (1969), which was played over a scene with Steve McQueen doing stunts in a glider.
