LOL!!!!!!! Obviously you are not serious. Women make up 2/3 of college admissions today. Due to the overwhelming determination of women men can do lower level work and still get admitted because women are growing, maturing, competing and winning in all phases. With your small minded attitute, you will not get those promotions, she will.

Cuz we are.. Both sexes have nips and boobs.
And both sexes have the same sex organs.. they are just reversed. Guys are on the outside and girls are on the inside....
Take an anatomy lession and you'll learn how babies are the same until the hormones kick in... Babies are all girls until the testosterone takes over, and then the penis elongates and the testes drop....
