I'd rather freeze to death.
Your body would go numb due to the cold and then you'd die, rather than feeling your flesh start to burn, which doesn't seem very appealing to me.

That is inhumane.I will try the court of appeals again.That don't work I`ll string myself up in the cell.Even that would be the better option.But to answer your Q I`d choose 1.Hypothermia will make you loose copiousness much quicker and then there will be no pain.

Probably freezing, but if I could choose, I'd die in battle. Give me an axe in a ring of thre butchers, but no one stops until I had stopped breathing, and if I killed the three, I was free to go, but exhiled from the country.

hypothermia go to sleep cold but ok.
boiled like a lobster no thank you very much.
although in 24 hours either could turn tepid.

I'll take the freezing water for 800 please (haha)!!! I would rather be cold than hot anyday. Thats like asking would you rather be thrown into snow or into fire!!!!
