He keeps them every weekend..but I wonder when he finds out..Will he still keep them?? Or will he neglect them??

If he does then he's a slimeball. That money is to help you take care of your kids. If something that stupid will get him to leave then he needs to grow up. Your kids deserve the money. Why don't you ask him to contribute before you go through the courts. At least that shows a sign of faith. If he refuses... take him to court.

If he's any kind of MAN he will continue to see them. Don't feel bad about requesting child support. You still feed, care for, support and clothe them 12 days out of 14.

Who cares if he is a real dad he wouldn't mind paying for his children. Every child needs two parents and needs to be supported. It's not fair for tax payers to support your children, every parent male or female should support their children.
