Isn't the atmosphere that resulted from an event in one country or another going to circulate and be faced by another country. Air does not necessarily follow lines of latitude as a straight line. Aren't there volcanoes that have remained dormant for long periods of time that now are erupting. These volcanoes are shooting up substances into the atmosphere that we experience weather in.

Yes there are volcanoes erupting that havent erupted for a long time. But i doubt that WW1 would have any affect on today's weather.

no, the changes are due to our thirst for making our daily living easy, using cars, cell etc whcih damage the nature
