Not necessarily.
The alleles can combine differently for specific traits...eye shape, hair color, height...and so on. So in one case, one couple may have tall children, and the other short children....or perhaps it'll be an average of their heights. One child may have the more Asian appearance...another the more European...the other a combination.
So, they may look similar...they may not.

Are the identical twins from china Female? if not then their children would not look anything like one another as they will have had to have been adopted or would only be related to one half of the married couple. IF the chinese twins are female then it is possible their offspring may look more like the male or the female or they may look like each other although this would be rare

I have identical twin male cousins who married sisters (although not twins) and now between the 2 couples there is prolly 10 kids. To this day I dont know which kid is whose. They all have bright red hair and all look alike....so ya, Ill bet these kids will look alike...and if a paternity test was ever done to figure out what kid belongs to which set of parents-they would never know!!! DNA would match each child to both sets of parents! Thatd be fucked up!

I would think they would look similar, as if they were brother and sister...but not identical...other family genes play a part in their physical appearance...I don't think two separate families will produce identical children....but all will look as if brothers and sisters...anyone have any first hand knowledge of this..I'd like to know for sure myself.

Not necessarily. Think how some siblings look very different. There's so many possible variations of the genetic information that it could go either way. Saying that, their more than likely to look similar.
