He has 13 intentional walks this season, tying him for the lead in the American League. I don't have game-by-game breakdowns, but it seems logical that Manny was in the lineup for the majority of those games.
For the record, Manny has been intentionally walked 7 times this season.
Regarding their "clutch" abilities, Manny actually has a higher on-base percentage with runners in scoring position than does Ortiz - he just doesn't have the dramatic highlights. And with 2 outs and RISP, Manny gets on base more than 50% of the time, about .100 points higher than Big Papi.

Not very often at all. They make a crushing, awesome offense, and either one of them can hit the ball out any time they come up to the plate. This year Big Papi has been incredible winning NINE games with walk off hits. Last night it was a THREE run home run in the ninth inning. He's just amazing. However, if they walk Ortiz, they have to face Manny, an equally devastating hitter.
Go Sox!!

Thankfully some teams don't know how dangerous a hitter he is. He SHOULD be intentionally walked more as should Manny, but teams don't know how to get around pitching to Papi.
I think the former manager of the Twins was wrong in trying to make him be a singles hitter. I regret that he's not on the Twins, but VERY happy that he is in Boston. Tom Kelley will regret not letting him swing away.
PS. I live in Minneapolis and follow the Twins, but love the Sox!!!
