i have a friend whos been spotting after a period?

my friend is taking birth control her period came normal but she's been spotting on and off for 3 weeks...she claims she took the birth control pills wrong and later found out the doctor gave her the wrong pills... I told her to go see her doctor or go to a doctor as soon as possible but she keeps making excuses..could she be pregnant...or is her body trying to adjust to the change in birth control pills

if she is spotting it is unlikely she is pregnant, how she managed to take the pills incorrectly considering how they package them is hard to understand...much less taking them if they were not her usual pills. Still, she is free to do as she pleases, be supportive of your friend, but don't take on her problems, they are hers to solve.
