I'm a 17 year old girl, but short and look about 14. i want to look my age. Any ideas/advice on makeup/dress style to adopt etc?

Well you can wear outfits that 17year olds would wear like Echo, Girbaund, Enyce, Baby Phat, Apple Bottoms, Von Dutch and etc. and if oyu are on a budget go to TJ Maxx or Marshalls ang get shorts and a halter and you know and make-up try Maybelline or Covergirl or my favorite Estee Lauder! Hope you find your look!

The same thing that happened to my mom,she's 27 and she look's like 16. I think you should dress more like an adult and not a teenager whose 14,and start being very responsible.

Wear more sophisticated clothing and shorter hair makes people look a little older (I know it does to me.. I also look young, and when I cut my hair to shoulder length I looked older).

try changing the color and style of ur hair .. try getting ur eye brows plucked and remove ur facial hair .. wear things that make u feel comfy .. and one day u will be happy that u still look young
