I'm so familiar with this. I was a 38 G. I was trying to be taken seriously in my career. I actually had a senior colleague tell me "With **** like that, I'd be a stripper." I got sick of being stared at, commented on, I was tired of having to custom order bras (which were $40 each), I was tired of the back pain. I had 13 1/2 pounds removed (largest reduction my surgeon had ever done). I'm now a perfect D and it changed my life. I'm 36 and I wish I had done it sooner. People look in my eyes. I have a meeting with a client and I don't catch him staring at my chest. They actually pay attention to what I'm saying now! I can wear clothes that I never dreamed of wearing. I wore a loud (but totally cute) blouse and dress pants to work today. I could never get away with bright patterned shirts before. I bought a Wonderbra over the weekend! I can buy cute little bras at Target on sale for $8.
I found a D is a wonderful happy medium. You still have cleavage and nice breasts without going overboard.
Wanted to add - my back doesn't hurt anymore at all. I had 3 compressed vertebrae, they corrected naturally within 2 weeks after surgery since they didn't have to carry the weight anymore.

I'm not a guy, but I feel compelled to comment.
In fourth grade, I, too, was a C cup. At the age of 24, I was a FF. The pain and suffering had gone on too long, and I had breast reduction surgery. I am now back to a C and absolutely thrilled. My husband, who is definitely a boob man, loves them! I'd say a good C or D is what most men seem to want.
However, it is up to you. If you're having pain or living life is just downright hard (can't find clothes, etc.), I'd recommend the surgery. It's a very easy and painfree recovery. If you love them, however, and they aren't hard to live with, keep them!

i don't think there is anything wrong with that , it depends on your weight. all you have to do is wear the right type of bra to keep them firm. and don't worry about what the boys like it's what makes you "HAPPY" NO I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE A REDUCTION. SOMETIMES THE MEDICATION IS TO STRONG FOR THE PERSON.
