I never saw it. But women wear men's clothes all the time, so I don't see why men can't wear women's clothes.

Yes, guys can wear capris. The better question is SHOULD guys wear capris, in which case the answer is no.

Over in europe they are all the rage on guys but here in the states its considered homosexual for guys to wear capris. Kinda like guys who wear flip flops with pants.

There used to be a male version called deck pants, which were popular in the boaty set. Plus- a real man wears whatever he wants and anyone who wants to comment can step right up.

He can, but I don't think it's very attractive. Like a woman wearing a suit. It can be done but doesn't look too good.
