maybe we should open our ears and listen to both parties, and not listen and believe every word Yankee Doodle and his Poodle say. i really dont get it why hezbollah are being called terrorists. they are men who believe in their land. the land that belongs to them. they never existed before israel invaded the south of lebanon. i know terrorism to be defined as the killing of innocent people. israel has killed about 700 civilians mainly women and children. it is clear that hezbollah are aiming for the israeli military. besides, america do not want to call for a cease-fire, simply because they are making hell of money selling weapons to israel. what is your view in this? give me reasons as well. thanks

Simple. Randomly shooting weapons that have lost their military value many years ago, into a country for the sole purpose of killing civilians, is a basic definition of terrorism. The hezbo-losers are nothing but terrorists and they, and all who support them must be eliminated now!

Yankee doodle and his poodle? that is funny and offensive at the same time. Truth is there is civilian deaths on both sides of the conflict. Hezbollah is not aiming at military targets, the rockets they are firing are not that sophisticated. They aim it in the direction of a city and that is the best they can hope for. Hezbollah are considered terrorist because they blow up buses, malls, and resturants with suicide bombers. They blew up the Marine barracks, the French embassay, the UN Consulate with Suicide Bombers. They fight and launch rockets among the civilian population to hide then blame Israel for killing the civilians they were hiding amongst, the list goes on. Hezbollah started the conflict, the Lebanese people know it and continue to support them and allow them to attack while hiding among cilivilans, so there is no innocent Lebanese people with the exception of the children. This same conflict has been going on in the region for a long time. the amount of people on all sides who have died as a result of this conflict is enormous and yet it continues. Nobody is innocent they are all involved as they all have been involved every time in the past. Neither side truely cares about the loss of life in their own population or this would not continue. Both sides have the ability to stop this now and sit down with a genuine goal of finding a peaceful solution that will last, but neither side will do that as they would rather go on killing each other for their belief that they are deserving. Both sides are the same. You are a fool and very gullible if you think the reason the US vetoed that resolution is to sell weapons. Think for yourself and stop thriving on all of the anti-America propoganda, America is not the great evil nation people are calling us. Israel did not just purcahse those weapons they have had them for some time now. All nations sell, give or trade weapons to other nations the US purchases Harriers and torpedos from Britain. This surely does not make Britain the evil empire does it. Look at the news photos of the Lebanese military and notice what type of weapons and equipment they have. They are equipped with US Made M-16 rifles and wearing US made Kevlar helmets and flak vests same as the Israeli army. know your facts prior to spewing forth hate and your cutsie kindergarden Yankie Doodle dribble

Until Hezbollah took the soldiers Palestine and Israel were holding a fragile peace. They were living side by side and Palestinians were going into Israel to work. It may now be that Israel should pull back but they will not till their soldiers are home.
Blair and Bush like Syria and Iran could stop it any time they want.
