Yep, San Francisco, Seattle, and everything right on the coast in between the two. If you really want a steady 50-60 temp, try a little town on the Oregon coast called Coos Bay. Entire area is about 50,000 population, though the city itself is about 15,000, and the adjoining city of NorthBend is 10,000, then a large unincorporated surrounding area, including the outlying country areas.
It has all basic amenities such as shopping, movie theaters, a live stage theater (maybe even two), strives to be a cultural center for its location and size, and for anything you can't get there, it's a two hour drive to Eugene, where you can get anything you want.
The schools are decent, there are a lot of retiree's, there are parks, a port, a casino, and a lot more.

appears like the solar Belt. For my money, the Southeast is merely too humid in the summer time. Winters are really very impressive even if, compared to the Northeast. I stay in the San Francisco area and that i somewhat like it. the city of San Francisco itself has an identical climate 12 months round, each and every in certain situations it is said as the city of Perpetual Spring. it is continually a touch chilly, like in the 60s. Sweater climate. It very seldom is going above the mid 70s. It rains merely for the period of a few weeks in the wintry climate. you could notably a lot count upon sturdy climate in the summer time. factors of the city get foggy, even if, in the summer time. We do have the occasional earthquake. I have lived the following about 40 years and that i have felt some. under no circumstances suffered any damage for my area, even if.

Most West Coast cities near the coastline are pretty consistent.
Seattle is pretty comfortable year round, as is San Francisco.
San Diego is constant, but a little above the temps you're looking for.
