No, not a good idea. Could cause problems with mom. Ask yourself, which is more important, the temporary hot friend, or your Mom? Easy to answer, isn't it?

you want to date the mother or the daughte of your mom's friend...if its the latter I say why not! as long as you are polite and treat the girl right you won't get into problems with your mom's friend...and nor would your mom have disputes with this lady ;)
