i see them always at night,and they don't seem to like the light

They can go for up to one year without food. I wonder what their secret is?

They're basal insects. That is they start out as small silverfish and grow to be slightly larger silverfish. No larval stage.
They eat stuff like hair and skin flakes and such. They just happen to also eat glue and paper.

they carry germs that is their pupose. get rid of them.
