I think that if you checked for an acceptable weight it may be in there, but I think that's on the low side. Acceptable weight and healthy weight are different in my opinion. Without knowing the persons build (I'm guessing they are female) no idea though, cause that would matter too. I would imagine 110-115 to be a healthy weight for a 5foot tall 'person' ... I don't feel that being so skinny that all bones are showing is very healthy.

For 18? If they're naturally that way - no dieting or eating disorders - that's a little light, but about right.
They'll put on another 10-15 pounds by the time they're 20-21 years old. But that's natural. That's filling out, and guys aren't the only ones who do that. Again, that's with healthy eating habits.

Yes, definately healthy. About 5-10 lbs wouldn't hurt, but I think it's already fine especially if the frame is small. I'm 82 lbs at thirteen-fourteen years old and 5"1 and have a very small frame! Also, the person can still grow a few more years (man or woman), so no worry there. ;)

You didn't specify the sex of this person - it depends on your build, is that weight in fat? or is it in muscle, body builders are very healthy but often weight a hundred pounds more than they should - How does this person look? do they look fat or conversely too skinny? - a BMI check is in order - type BMI in a search engine like Yahoo and it will tell you if the person is overweight or underweight for their height, but 90lbs does not sound overweight for someone who is 5 feet tall since it is about 45kg - and so allows for a reasonably slim build - maybe a few extra pounds - depends on how they look on the outside with repsect to physique - sounds like a very small and thin person.
This appearance cannot account for what is going on inside, people who look very healthy on the outside could have problems inside, diseases, organ failures etc - depends on what you mean by healthy - eat right and exercise, extra weight in muscle is healthy - extra weight in fat - is not - it is even a little underweight.

Sure it is. I was 5' 2" and weighted 95 pounds when I got married at the age of 17. I am now 5'4" and am weighing in at a unhappy 130. But, I am 47, so I guess it's my turn to be on the unhappy weight wagon along with a lot of others. . :)

Definitely not. A friend of mine is 5 ft, 18, and weighs 130. She is in the right range, says her doctor.

Based on just the criteria you have provided, it doesn't sound unhealthy. Sounds like a thin, smaller person. Healthy is relative to the rest of what is going on in your body.

if your a witch does it propose your going to hell? No. Hell does not exist, so no you may pass to it. If no longer then what do you call a good witch? the comparable situation you call a foul witch or any form of witch in-between. A witch. Is there a definite call? Witchcraft is a gadget that anybody can use, a witch is somebody who makes use of that gadget. it is used for many stuff, the value you place on this is unfair and subjective... "injury" or "help... "good" or "undesirable" are no longer absolutes... they place self assurance in judgement, opinion and journey. if your a witch does it impact your loved ones spirtually, bodily, emotionally, and mentally? That relies upon on your loved ones and relies upon on the witch. it is an fairly useful situation if the witch protects and aids his/her family individuals with witchcraft. -Scarlet

You are in the ballpark for your height. There are two factors to consider. Do you have a fast metabolism? Are you an active person? If yes to both then you're doing fine. If no to both then you gotta see a doctor.
