PLEASE don't pay any mind to the people who make the fat comments. Honey, there are many men/guys out there who like a girl for who is she, whether or not she is chunky or skinny... don't be ashamed if you are chunky - we plus sized girls are just as beautiful, and my husband tells me that every single day.
Society today focuses on looks and not what is inside a person. You can have a thin woman with a horrible personality and disposition, but because she is thin, some men will flock to her.. that is there choice...
however, the right guy/man that comes along and appreciates you for who you are -- thats the most important thing. If they don't - they are NOT worth your time

I always end up with the shallow guys who think I'm fat. And guys who appreciate chunky girls don't want me. I'm in the middle, not exactly chunky and definitely not skinny. But I have found that the older I get men actually like thick and curvy girls the best. No matter how big you are, if your toned they appreciate it. Well except in the fanny area they like a little jiggle there.

I don't dislike chunky girls. Skinny, chunky, tall, or short. It doesn't matter, just as long as the girl tries her hardest to take care of her well being. I have the shallow streak in me occasionaly, but personality in a girl is WAY more important to me than looks. Looks will fade over time. The only thing that woman or girl has left, is her charecter, her personality.

Is that true fact? Most of the people in the US are overweight today. I see many chunky girls with guys and the guys look happy to me.....

okay, to heck with chunky...I am just plain, FAT!
It is inherent in human nature to be attracted to those who exhibit the current trend of what is considered healthy. In this day and age, obesity is linked to poor health, so it is considered unattractive.
It hasn't always been this way, though. Check out some of the paintings of Reuben. Women of his age were considered attractive if they had packed on the extra pounds. It was considered a sign of affluence.
Of course, there are some really shallow guys out there who just want a brainless trophy on their arms and we girls are better off without them anyway!!!

Most younger guys prefer to impress their friends rather than find true happiness..As men age they learn to appreciate a woman for who she is not what she looks like..I struggled thru puberty with yo yo weight issues but found some guys actually do like chunky girls..My past influenced my own taste in men,I prefer men with meat on their bones..no matter what they weigh their heart is what matters..as it will with the guy you will sweep off his feet!Dont let your own self esteem blow your chance for a great guy,,hes out there just be patient babe..good luck!

Because chunky women don't take care of their bodies. It's a similar situation with anorexic women and neither are attractive to me.

Let me be the first to say, "honey, you're just with the wrong guys!" I am livin' large and ALL the men I've dated/married LOVE my curves. I can't beat em' off with a stick sometimes! FYI: I'd rather be a fat chick with a pretty face than an ugly skinny girl.
