Or how will the kids recognize between mommy and auntie?

I just hope the kids are not going to look the same or that wold be a mess.

Statistically no but in the Daily Mail a couple of days ago there was a story about a married couple who were both from a set of identical twins who had identical twin boys.... This is the first recorded case ever! Hope this answers your question

I think they would look similar but not the same as they would get differnt genes from the parents.

there would be a stronger possibilty that they woruld be twins than most couples would have. but if they were there could be many possible combinations.
