Anything as long as it is 100% a surprise. I don't want any clue that it's going to happen. If I've been w/ someone long enough that it's a possibility then I'll make sure friends know around what type of ring I like (nothing too expensive & huge/extravagant omg) so that they can help him get a ring without me knowing about it.

I don't care how as long as it happens...lol
But what would make it perfect would be if he took me to dinner and had the server bring a cake or something out with "Will You Marry Me?" written on it. And then he pulls out the ring..I don't know, that just sounds romantic, even if it's a little corny.

i'd like it to be just really thoughtful and sweet, and i'd like it if it were kinda original too. the only thing i really wouldn't want would be to be on camera while it was happening, like at a baseball game or whatever--b/c i'd probably start crying, lol.
my dad put a slip of paper that said "will you marry me?" into a fortune cookie and had the waiter at a Chinese restaurant serve it to my mom.
my cousin took his fiancee to a rose garden, he put the ring in a rose and then she saw it when he told her to smell it.
those are the two best i've ever heard about. :)
