I think you can sue for just about anything these days

Not that I am aware of, are you in the military? I know that they will take matters into their own hands. Do you live in Utah? They are I think the only state that does anything about adultery

Yes, just like a woman can be sued for sleeeping with another womans husbands knowing that he is married..... It works both ways. :)
