No, and they didn't when Clinton was President.

Yes they would. Many of the chickens that are coming home to roost now are the result of actions from Democratic and Republican governments/administrations LONG gone.
Also part of the problem that others have with Americans have nothing to do with government, but their interactions with actual Americans.
Americans have a much higher standard of living than the rest of the world and impose a lot of their ideologies on a very unreceptive audience. The country also succumbs to a lot of political pressure and intercedes when it's none of their business.
I think that America should force other countries to provide their resources, first, even if only in small numbers. Also, try to do more in the background. It's a lot harder to blame the American devil when the French, Portuguese, Brazilian soldier, etc are the ones doing the early relief work.

No because Democrats are largely socialist Internationalist pantywaists. Capitulation is what they do best. Considering Kerry's war plan had to pass a global test(His direct words), it's a very safe bet that the world would like us more if we had more liberal leadership.(An oxymoron I know.)
I support Bush for very few reasons. Michael Bolton is one of them. The UN needs to remember who it's daddy is, and sit in the corner while the men are talking. Would the rest of the world like us better? I think you're 100% correct. But so what? We are an independent nation, and don't feel so insecure as to have everyone love us.
Good question, honestly. You don't have much to worry about though, I fear. There is very slim chance you will see democratic majorities in your life time.

I really don't know. Our foreign policy is the same except this President was fed up with the terrorist attacks on Americans around the world and in this nation. The extremist Muslims want us dead or weakened and they will not stop at anything to get there. They have the left wing on their side. With that in mind, I really don't care if they hate us or not. We have more Friends than you think. We also have a very left wing Media. Put it together.

Yes and no. On a state level, it would bring us much closer to Europe and most other countries (as Democrats are more likely to use diplomacy than military pressure). Anti-Americanism probably wouldn't drop significantly, though (with the exception of those who consider us idiots for electing Bush). That's linked more to the American people and lifestyle and their own prejudices than to our political leaders.

The world doesn't hate anyone or any country.
You cannot speak for the world.
It is not honest to try to put words into the world's mouth.

Yeah.. this is really nothing new. Ask Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton what kind of security reports they used to receive daily.

No matter what we do, someone, somewhere is going to hate us.
Remember the old adage, "You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time".
