Trust me, NO business wants the federal govt to investigate them, for any reason....Go at girl, you have the full support of this govt. and all its resources!

PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT....good luck!

Just send a pic and your phone number to me...sorry I couldn't resist.

There are government agencies you can contact. If you live in Califonria we have the Department of Fair Housing and Employment which will permit you to file a complaint against your employer for these acts of harrassment.

If your breasts really are getting huge and its becoming a health issue you could use your company health insurance to get a reduction, but thats a bit extreme and it would be a shame to do something so drastic just because your boss has the maturity of a High School freshman still delighted to get a glimpse down a girls shirt.

You legally have the right to sue them for sexual harassment. However if you are the only girl no one has got Ur back and its gonna be Ur word against theirs. They will lie too. Get some proof before u pursue it or talk to a lawyer cuz u do have a case. that's not right. Most lawyers give free consultations just call one up and talk to them or go see them. You will have to get a different job but it sounds like you need one anyways. They are all pigs and you dont have to put up with it. What u listen doesnt give him the right to treat u like that at all.

Tape record those conversations, make notes about them. Include the date, time and circumstances, exactly quotes and the speakers names. First complain to personnel/human resources and then to your local EEOC. Do not tell anyone you taped them - including human resources

Be aware when you escalate your complaint your life at work will take a similar escalation of discomfort. You must have strong fortitude to outlast the negativity that will be aimed at you.

When the time is right present the tape to EEOC. This is called the smoking gun in a law suit.

God luck and God Bless!

you must be hot ... just kidding. this question is a little silly. Obviously you have many options and I think they've all been explored in great detail here already.. I have a question for you.. they didn't flirt with you on the interview ? what kind of job is it?> do you like work at a strip club>>>>>>>>> I only ask these questions because I am trying to form some context .. if the guys or gals are that blunt they must either think you can't touch them (no pun ) or they figure your the kind of girl that won't mind..
No offense.

You need to sit down with your supervisor and have a very serious talk with the inference of going up the chain further. I have been the only girl too, but they only do that if they think they can get away with it. They need to understand when enough is enough. Just be sure that you are not doing the same to them, or your complaint will backfire.

You can go as far as you want to teach them a lesson. First keep a small tape recorder (can use your mobile it has recorder in it) & record their sexual remarks. Tempt them to write you something what they speak, in form of email or sms etc. Ask them to call you on your mobile (so that you have proof that they call & abuse you). After doing all this, contact any newspaper journalist, they want these type of news, but can keep your name secretive. (contact 2 different journalist, some journalist spill the beans).
further you can always hire a lawyer, even if you don't have sufficient proof against them. If he's a good lawyer he can get you worthy compensation with legal charges paid & bring the harrassing b*tards to books.

You need to make sure you document EVERYTHING. Times, Dates, Comments made. If you can record some of the comments. Is there email communication at your company? If so send an email. Is there an HR department or a corporate headquarters. RUN TO A LAWYER

Need to start recording these along with your reaction and your request that they please refrain from making further comments about your breasts or any other sexual innuendos. Also record you telling your supervisor again. Then go from there. If they don't stop keep recording and all a lawyer.
