Liver chestnut with flaxen mane and tail, sounds like.
Or, silver dapple - this color is characterized by white eyelashes, white mane and tail, and ranges from dark grey/brown to lighter chocolate, usually dappled.
Also called chocolate palomino, but if the horse is black, it's likely just called black or brown with a silver gene.

Most Rocky Mountain Horses have this coloring. I think its unique to the breed as I've never seen any other breed that color. It could be a chesnut with a flaxen mane and tail, but these are usally reddish in color or light brown with cream manes and tails.

Sounds like something from the silver gene pool. This link takes you to a stallion with the colour of "silver dapple taffy". His offspring also have other examples of the silver gene. Hope this helps-

liver chestnut if his body is brown and there are red tints to it. If there is red on his muzzle and his flank then he can be considered seal brown. If you stand back and look at him and his dapples have silver flecks or there looks like there is silver in him then he is a silver dapple.
