Ok first stop stressing, the best thing you can do is to make sure you're healthy and stress free as possible is to eat healthy and get enough sleep. Good news everyone grows at their own rate just because your brother was taller than your dad at your age doesn't mean you will be, you have a lot of growth spurts to catch up. The bad news is there is nothing you can do to make you taller than you are supposed to be genetically, without drastic surgery, however, there are tons of things that can stunt your growth but only the things I listed above can help you reach your full potential.

Maybe boys and girls are different, but I hate to tell you, I reached my final height when I was in 8th grade and I haven't grown any since (I'm 33). But everybody is different, and even though you parents are short, your brother is testament that you can, indeed, grow taller. You sister is a girl, and girls tend to be on the shorter side anyway. I wouldn't worry about it. My husband says he didn't reach his full height until he was almost 20 (he's 6'1"). But everyone's right--good things come in small packages. It's not about how tall you are, but WHO you are that counts. Who cares what people say? And no, I'm afraid there isn't any way to speed up the process. Don't be in such a hurry to grow up--it ain't as grand as it seems! lol

Your parents are pretty short but you are already taller than your mom and almost as tall as your dad. Don't stress. You are only 13. You have a lot of growing to do. If you want to give yourself an extra boost eat well and take a multi-vitamin daily.

You can't necesarily do anything to make yourself grow taller. It is largely decided by genetics. Your height is halfway between that of your mother and your father - that may be how tall you are supposed to be.
But... you are only 13. Some of my friends had growth spurts as late as 18... if you are serious, you will have to eat well and stay away from caffiene. Don't drink Coca-Cola, Mountain Dew, Jolt, coffee, tea... A lot of "energy drinks" contain caffiene, so be sure to check the ingrdients.

80% of your height is added during your teen years. Im 13 and im 5'6. (then again... im a girl) Drink milk... you just started being a teenager and though it may seem like it... your not done growing. Sadly, you cant speed nature's process. Wait a while, you'll see, you will grow in a matter of time.
P.S- Most of the guys i know got their growth spirt around 15. It just takes time.

You still have plenty of time to grow. Don't worry. You cannot compare your growing rate to those of your siblings. Relax, everything will be fine. And regardless, even if you do end up being short, dynamite comes in small packages. =)

I'm not sure how tall I am, about 154cm i think....... but being shorter than ur parents and siblings is fine. I'm 15 soon and I'm not as tall as any of my friends or relatives, don't stress, short people rock!!!

Usually you hsve to look at your whole family, your height can come from your uncle, your aunt, parents, grandpa, or grandpa and so on. So yea, you cant really tell how tall you will be untill your like 20 or so.
