Sounds like an ovarian cyst. Have your mom take you to an OBGYN or your family doctor. Nothing to worry about, but it does need to be taken care of.

Ah, I think it's just periods. Have you started yet? If not, then they're certainly preparing! The tiny knot feeling is a very common PMS (pre-menstrual symptom)- my mom and I call it "needles". ;) Anyway, be ready by wearing at least a small pad. If it's not only just arriving, don't worry and be prepared yourself for your periods of the month! Besides, don't you have this all written down on a calendar? Like, you mark the day your period started, ended and when the next one starts, etc. That way you can keep track... it's much easier and very useful! Unless they're irregular of course... so, it's just periods probably, whether it's just starting or coming. And if you wonder how you can relieve this terribly PMS pain, feel free to contact me!

Hope this helped and good luck. :)

I would definetly have your parents take you to a doctor - I had an ovarian cyst when I was 15. It was too painful to wait to have any kind of medication work to fix the problem so I ended up having to have surgery to remove it - but most doctors would prefer to try a medication first instead of having to put you through surgery.

does it happen like 14 days befaore your period is suppose to start. It could be ovulation, some women get that really bad pain that last about 2-4 days then goes away.

I would suggest informing your parents and have them take you to see a doctor.
