Even enrolled members of Federally-recognized "tribes" have no general right to treaty-recognized lands. So if you are a non-enrolled person, and these are not treaty-recognized or (better yet) reservation lands, you will be pretty hard-pressed. Indigenous First Nations peoples have been waiting for justice a long time; you sound like a newcomer to that struggle, so please be prepared to be patient, to say the very least...

it's very unlikely. if not impossible. there are no or almost no fullblooded lenape left. there are no reservations in nj. you would have to prove that you were at least a 16th or an 8th lenape, then you would have to prove why the original treaty with the dutch or the swedes or the english was bogus, then you would have to get anybody to listen to you.
