I usually get dizzy when I'm at the beach on a very hot day. Drink plenty of fluids and you may want to wear a cap and sunglasses. Good luck!

Yes, the panic and anxiety largely contributes to memory loss. Its hard to focus when you have so much to stress about. I would seriously consider talking to a professional about your symptoms, take a short vacation and see if some meditation or other relaxation techniques might help. Best of luck

It's a sign of dehydration & heatstroke. Get u some ice cold water & drink plenty of it & eat a food with carbohydrates & protein so u can bring ur sugar level & energy back up. Ur blood sugar is low.

Go somewhere cool.. like in front of the a/c.. take a cool shower.. and just lay down and relax.. oh and drink lots of water too!

make it a point to drink a lot of water, and especially do try to have half a liter of warm water (a single gulp) as you get up in the morning, this even improves your system

get into some shade and drink tepid (room temp liquids.) lay down with your knees raised or your feet up and rest a while. put a cool wet rag on your neck. that should help. strip down to your undies if you can.
