My docter set my due date at Dec. 7th, 2006 but according to my last period it should be more like Nov. 12th. thats more than a month off so how do I know. Im a small person so I show more than most but I have already experienced things in this pregnancy that acoording to the dr. I shouldnt go through for another month. So which date is correct?

Either count 280 days from the first day of your last period. Or count back 3 months from the first day of your last period and add 7 days. That is how your doctor should be calculating it. I personally would be asking for an ultrasound, which is usually done around 20 weeks. Did you have one yet? If so the ultrasound would be more accurate then calculating. Honestly I would rather think I was having the baby early, then be an agony about being overdue. But I understand why you want to know exactly when you're due. Hope you figure it out.

Mommyem gave you the best at home calculation to determine on your own however 9 months is 270 days. The rest is doctors information but don't worry it can change with the ultrasounds. I was given 3 different dates and my oldest was 2 weeks late it will be fine trust me.

not really sure, there is a test that you need to take to ensure that there is nothing wrong with the baby. when those two dates dont match the doc suppose to do this fetal test. i 4 got the correct name ask youre doct, and tell him of youre concerns. good luck

Whatever the date the doctor told you based on the information you gave him...if he did an ultrasound then the date can be changed.

Get a sonogram they can tell from the measurements of the baby's head, heart rate and so on and so forth when you're actually due.
