Unless you're maybe 3 feet tall, 65 lbs isn't an appropriate weight. How old and how tall are you now? You can do a search online "height weight" and find sites that will tell you the idea weight range for your height...
I can guarantee you, 65 lbs won't be in the ballpark...

If you are that tall and that age 65 lbs. would be understandable...
If you are an adult female, no matter what your height 65 lbs is an absolutely ridiculous weight... A minimum weight would be 95 lbs. if you are VERY petite (say 5 ft. tall)...
Otherwise stay wher you are and keep the weight you have...Many women would DIE to weigh in at 120 lbs.!!!!!!!!!

I hope you're a kid cuz 65 lbs is ridiculous! Sweetie don't judge your weight by what you see in magazines and on TV. It's unreal. Being underweight can cause just as many problems as being overweight and 120 ain't a bad size.

Are you anerexic or bulimic. I am 5 feet tall and I weigh 122 pounds and I am 12 years old. I think you are older than me and taller. If 65 pounds is underwieght for my hieght think about yours.

To lose that much weight you need to cut nearly half of your current weight. This is a huge feat because you're basicly cutting off half your body. You would need to do one of the following:
A) starve yourself until youre on the brink of death
B) Take an illigal dieting pill or drug
C) adjust your scale until it reads 65lbs.
You can't do it by exercise because you would gain so much muscle that it would make up for any lost fat.

if your 11 or up, you dont need to loose weight. if your younger just exercise often and cut back on sweets. you would not even be able to walk around if you were 54 pounds and any age past 11 or 12.

Totally eat nothing but ex-lax (the pills not the chocolate kind. The chocolate ones have way too many calories!), ice chips and ipecac and run 10 to 20 miles twice a day. It should work!
