Depending on your state laws: if he signed the birth certificate then he admitted paternity and is obligated to pay child support. He will have to pay until the paternity is proven otherwise.
If he's not listed on the birth certificate-file child support petition anyway. Because you are naming him as the father and because he's denying it, the court will order a paternity test. Then, once paternity is proved, the child support order will take effect.
There are a lot of nonprofit org's to help with this but it's usually a better idea to file with an attorney or find someone trying to find pro bono work.
Good luck

Take him to court. They will then order a paternity test and at that point ((If he is the father)) they will order him to pay support.

You have to go to your local family and children
services and apply for assistance. Tell them.
They will find out if he's the father so they won't
have to come off with a lot of $$$$ each month,
but he will.

Go to social services, they will pay for you to get a paternity test and once it is proven that he is the father, the state will make him pay.

i think you can get a court to order a DNA test. your baby deserves child support and you should ensure he pays it! it takes 2 to tango and men shouldn't be able to walk away from their children.
good luck!!!!!!
